About Me
I help shape emerging neighborhoods, guide tenants through strategic leasing decisions, and launch real estate and hospitality concepts that are both culturally relevant and commercially viable.
By leveraging activations, marketing, hospitality, business development, and partnerships, I craft positioning strategies that transform properties into places—creating distinctive identities that attract anchor tenants and define the character of the surrounding neighborhood.
I started in real estate marketing and business development, but I was always drawn to the power of place, how spaces make us feel and influence how we live. That passion led me into placemaking, and today I help clients bring those places to life.
Currently, I lead the placemaking division I founded at Brand Urban. Previously, I held leadership roles at Urby, Youngwoo & Associates, and Fernando Romero Architects, building expertise in real estate marketing, retail strategy, and business development.
